During the summer of 1960 I worked as a research assistant in Dr. Rapaport's team. I was then a graduate Fellow at Brooklyn College. While I can’t speak directly to the specific incidents which are referenced in the prior review post, I can speak to how the institution responds to violations of its policies on S-S-S (safety, sex, substances) as a former patient who went through the treatment program at Riggs for 4-1/2 months more than a decade ago.
