I had a recoil spring problem with my lawnmower. I took it to where I bought it from at a Honda dealership in Bayswater thinking that I would get good service - they were absolutely dreadful. Walked out fairly annoyed - they were not interested . I then took it to Robs Auspower shop in Stud Road Bayswater which I have been to on and off for many years.
