Overall bad, there was a patient next to me yelling on the top of her lungs that she needed help and she was in so much pain.
I had an appointment scheduled here on February 18, 2026, and my experience was deeply upsetting. During pre-op, I was questioned loudly about my gender and whether I needed a pregnancy test within earshot of another patient and their family. The manner and tone in which this was handled felt humiliating and dismissive. My privacy was not respected, and staff repeatedly opened my curtain while I was undressed. Physician was great! Sadly, when I walked in, the two greeters were not great. Very unwelcoming! I was shouted at and felt like a child who had done something wrong upon entering establishment. I asked is this how you greet everyone. The woman named Joyce, who yelled to me as if I was hard of hearing, remained silent.
