I was happy with service at Aurora - fast service from start to finish - went in for sinus infection; she was very professional. started feeling better couple days later. Thank you
I went to them for a sinus infection in 2018 and just received a letter in the mail from a collections agency for the appointment. I have NEVER received a bill from aurora or been contacted by them at all for anything, including this bill. After digging into this, it turns out they never billed my insurance either, just sat on this for over a year and then sent it to collections. I’ve been trying to get a person on the phone from the clinic which is proving to be more difficult than going to the moon. Avoid this place at all... read more
