I registered online and went through the pre/check too. I had checked online before I went in and there were 0 persons in front of me with a wait of 10 minutes. I arrived at 10:22 am for a 10:30 am appointment. I guess the precheck don’t matter because the desk person had me going through it anyway. Then I didn’t get called by a nurse until 10:56 am. 🤨After triaging me she said it would be 10 minutes. I’m 4 minutes into that wait so far. Updates coming. I had a great experience at this urgent care thanks to Maryjo and Porscha. I was diagnosed with the flu, and they were both incredibly professional, attentive, and compassionate throughout my visit. They made sure I was fully taken care of, explained everything clearly, and ensured I left with the right medications and instructions to recover properly. Their kindness and thoroughness really stood out and made a rough day much easier. Highly recommend—thank you both for the excellent care!
When it comes to reviewing healthcare systems, clinics and teams, there needs to be full transparency in how they conduct themselves. I feel others have the right to know what treatment/service they may or may not receive. Aurora has far too little adequate/professional staffing. From admin, NP's, to clinical doctors - i've had more negative experiences than positive. Every visit feels transactional with all forms of staff lacking proper communication/people skills.
