I got my Tundra few days ago, Thanks for Byron who was helping me for the whole time!
Chen was so nice and patient with me And his service was immaculate.
Would not recommend this place. Sold me a Truck that after 3 months I am getting quotes for over 8k on fixing all the issues that are wrong with this vehicle . Worse place they are all smiles and polite until you spend your money, then a few months you are stuck with issues. We have tried to reason with them and get some compensation all you get nothing I can do. I Give this less then one star. Also before leaving they are so persistent on you leaving a review right there before you leave it’s very unprofessional.
I had a wonderful experience changing winter tires with Aurora Toyota. Glenn, the service consultant, was very helpful, not only informing me of a rebate program but also caring for my transition from another province to Ontario. He made several calls to help guide me through the steps I need to take. Every staff member was very welcoming and offered help without me asking. Their service is highly recommended.
Couldn't be happier with the experience at Aurora Toyota. It starts with great people, like Allen Trimble, and continues with the entire team at New Roads!
