Worst service I have ever experienced. When I booked my appointment at Toyota Aurora, I was assured the visit would be free since my car is still under a 3-year warranty. Today we came in for our car service but unfortunately forgot to bring the key — we had actually misplaced it. Despite the situation, Glenn and Gord were incredibly patient and understanding. Allen is thorough and knowledgeable about the purchasing process. I can relax and trust him. This I find most unusual in the car industry. He took the time to introduce me to the vehicle's layout and electronics which I was able to manage later as well. I have purchased many vehicles with Allen and given the value retention of a well made Toyota product, I would not go anywhere else.
