I bought a spa from them and shortly after purchase I noticed a leak. They sent out technicians on two separate occasions to fix it but they never did. On my third call I was told too bad, I'd need to pay for a fix now because it was out of warranty! When i protested I was told that they would "check with the manager" and call me back. I'm still waiting for that. I tried to call them and left messages several times but they just ignore them. beware! They do not service what they sell!

I will NOT rate this company! Do NOT use them! I had someone come to open my pool in June and he said he could not do anything because of the color of the water. He recommended that I take a sample to the store. I took a sample to the store. They said my copper level was high. Bought chemicals and did exactly what I was told to do. That did not work. I vacuumed leaves out. Added more chemicals and that did not work. I was charged to open the pool, and I have spent over a $1000 trying to get this pool opened this year. After ... read more

Absolute worst service after the sale. "Service" is nonexistent. Aurora's unprofessional delivery guys broke a panel on my new spa cabinet during the initial delivery. Aurora has yet, 3 months later even contacted me to replace the panel, even though I've spoken to their "service manager" twice. I reported a spa leak yesterday (6/5/22) , had to leave a voice mail for their "service department", in yet to hear back from them. I do not recommend buying from this company.

I am still waiting for my pool 7k and two months later be prepared to get the full run around!
