$2000 for an office visit seems excessive (no X-rays, no splinting, not even unwrapping the fractured hand). Billing department is a mess, told me I was paying for them reducing the fracture. The next phone call they changed it and said I was paying for surgery. Neither things happened. I was told the fracture is stable after looking at a xray taken the week before ant urgent care (and to go elsewhere to get a splint) Yep…2k for a 15 minute appointment where he looked at old x-rays and sent me elsewhere to get treatment. Great staff, will go above and beyond to help. Very happy!
I was there for 5 mins. And Dr David Clark walked in and than walked out after asking me how am i doing? And than he said ok if there is no pain. Than I will see u next month. Which he could do over the phone. And after that I was billed 145 dollars for 5 mins visit. I will Never go there again. Rip off.
