Whoever hired Cheryl to answer phones needs to re-evaluate their life choices. This is our first pregnancy and it took an entire year and a lot of tears to get here. I don't need an attitude for absolutely no reason the moment the phone is answered. Especially given I had an appointment that no one called me for...that's a you problem, not a me problem. I saw Deanna Martin, NP for the first time today. She was thorough, kind and helpful and really took time to listen to my concerns, and suggest options. One of the best medical appointments I've ever had. Highly recommend!
Practitioners are great...front desk staff are very rude!
I scheduled to see Dr. Penzenstadler back in February (soonest was a March appt). I get a call less than a week before my appointment saying they aren't doing appointments for annual exams at that time, and needed to reschedule for June 1. They wouldn't help me in terms of birth control either, knowing I had moved out of state and needed this annual because my yearly was due at that time.
