The receptionist was very patient and friendly. Many times in this clinic, it was vey good. The person who worked on July 14th was very pleasant and helpful.
They are really awesome! Especially the pilates trainer Bella. She is very patient and professional. She helps me to release my back pain and enhance my core power after the first treatment.
Staff is very nice!!!!!
The front desk staff was surprisingly rude and lacked basic empathy. As a pregnant patient, I expected to be treated with more patience and respect. Instead, I felt dismissed and spoken to in an unprofessional manner.
I started my rehabilitation process for new and old injuries to my ankle and Achilles tendon a month ago. I am grateful to Dr. Erica Liu, who listens to my needs and provides targeted and precise treatment, as well as advice on exercises to do at home. I found it very helpful. Also, the front desk staff are very welcoming and friendly！
