I recently purchased a pair of half carat diamond earrings for my lovely fiancees up coming birthday. The quality of the diamond and extremely reasonable price made this purchase an easy one. To have a custom pair of earrings picked out, made, and delivered in under 2 weeks is in heard of! The owner James is very knowledgeable as well as personable and I left there feeling like I've known him for years. I'll be back!
Its a lovely little storefront thats super welcoming and skilled in their craft. They were able to fix a silver chain that had broke and even polished it. While waiting the owner and I had a nice conversation about different rock bands which waiting not all that bad. If you need repair work or something new, i'd suggest Aurora Jewlers as your first stop.
Great experience all around. I called first before arriving to inquire if they do re-sizing and cleanings. Matt over the phone made me feel so comfortable that I decided to just stop in and talk in person. He ended up giving me another option for my rings instead of resizing them. He also took the time to clean my ring and now it looks so beautiful AND it’s no longer falling off my finger! Thank you Matt!
I had my engagement ring resized at aurora jewelers after hearing about them from a family member. They resized it perfectly and in record time! When I went back to pick it up, I was met with a warm welcome and incredible customer service. I also couldn’t help but notice all the beautiful pieces of jewelry they have. I highly recommend this jeweler! They have many interesting and unique pieces in their store. I was very interested in a ring they had but wanted some alterations. They were able to customize the ring in 2 days and keep it in my price range. I was very pleased with their service and willingness to work with me.
