Verified Renter The location is great. Many of the services are also great. I have lived for over three years because I like the place but a few things I hate with Aurora Hills are: every year I renew the lease, they keep increasing the rent, and utility bill is separate on top of the rent. Also, the advance notice they require is two months while it is one month with other apartment places.

Verified Renter The MGT is great. They care. The buildings are very old but good for people needing to save money. The crime here is bad but if managed or stopped it would be a great place to live.
