Verified Renter If safety is important to a resident they should stay away from Aurora Hills as you will see drug dealings, crime, violence and have your property stolen constantly from the premises and from their office. Crime here has increased tremendously recently and management does nothing.
Verified Renter Worst place to live. Management doesn't care about your needs. Maintenance has to try multiple times in an attempt to fix most issues. Trash is common place in common areas. Buildings are cracking from the foundation up. Security is non-existant but much needed with frequent gunshots, domestic violence in the streets and dog attacks.
