Keep Searching! 0 Stars!!!! Horrible!!! Bugs, Mold, building are old & smell horrible! Kids are uncontrolled, mailbox break-ins, pool is never open, Adults leave glass beer bottles everywhere & the kids throw them in the parking lot, limited parking spots. Gang graffiti in the buildings. I’m so happy my lease is almost over!

DO NOT MOVE HERE DO NOT MOVE HERE. Maintenance are incompetent and staff doesn't care at all. Maintence recently came to fix plumbing under city orders, but instead fixing the problem they ended up making it worse. They flooded my cabinet and ruined a12 pack of toilet paper, and there is a leak, now mold is building and staff will not fix it. You can't complain to anyone because the office staff doesn't care and maintenance guys get angry when they get called out on there crap?? work. Apartments are infested with cockroachs ... read more

Pretty outside, scary inside Bugs, mice, mold, all the neighbors smoke in the units so it constantly smells like cigarettes and marijuana. Utility bills are higher than when I lived in a 4 bedroom house built in 1903. Water/trash/sewer/property bill was $140 and Xcel was $99 in August, 3 people in a 2br/2ba. Plus $10/month per car to park on the property, you're only allowed two cars, and guest parking costs $3 after 7pm. We have babysitters 3-4 evenings/week since my husband and I work late and that extra cost really adds u... read more

This apartment is okay If you want to live in a place that is not quiet 24/7 this is the place for you. In the morning, somehow there is always construction or someone's car alarm going off. The neighbors are not the most quiet people. Just the other day someone was playing music so loud outside of my living space in the stairway. Like I have said the neighbors are not the most curtious people. The price of the apartment is fair for how big it is; I will give it that.

Chelsea park village Not as bad as other say. Just moved in a week ago and for a complex this size it makes sense that certain things will take some time. Not a bad area, fairly quite and in the process of being fixed up with the new management that took over almost a year ago. Great square foot for a decent price. Only had a few issues since move in but nothing that was a 911, although still waiting for the fixes. Neighbors are nice and haven't had any issues except for others not picking up their trash, which isn't to blam... read more

Chelsea park village apartments The complex is decent, it has a pool, an off leash dog park, provide doggie pooh bags, and it's kept mostly clean by the maintenance people. Included in my 2 bed 2 bath apartment was cable hookups and a refridgerator, the fridge is kind of small, the cabinets are decent for me and my roommates purposes but we are both bachelors so it's not apparent if it would appeal to a different type of family. The water heater and air conditioning work well, the showers are setup kind of weird with the cur... read more
