Terrible - big round around After a couple months of wound care on some severe wounds. They were almost healed. Then my nurse said they are discharging me
Absolutely terrible (non-existent) customer service. They never return calls, they hold up orders without explanation. Get your supplies somewhere else.
Horrible, horrible service. They sent me stuff that I didn't need and that wasn't covered by insurance even though they told me it was. Then they sent me to collections right away.
A reckless Aurora at Home fleet driver cut us off in traffic and kicked up gravel that cracked our windshield. I reached out and no action has been taken. Very poor customer service and employees that are putting the general public in danger on the road.
I do NOT recommend Aurora at Home for your respiratory needs. I'm on oxygen since January 2025. On Aug 21, 2025, i called to reorder tubing & cannula. You never get someone to answer your call. Calls go to voicemail. By Monday August 25th, I've left 4, count them 4, voicemail about my order. They say all calls will be returned. My husband drove to the office. All locked up.
