Horrible, horrible service. They sent me stuff that I didn't need and that wasn't covered by insurance even though they told me it was. Then they sent me to collections right away.
A reckless Aurora at Home fleet driver cut us off in traffic and kicked up gravel that cracked our windshield. I reached out and no action has been taken. Very poor customer service and employees that are putting the general public in danger on the road.
I do NOT recommend Aurora at Home for your respiratory needs. I'm on oxygen since January 2025. On Aug 21, 2025, i called to reorder tubing & cannula. You never get someone to answer your call. Calls go to voicemail. By Monday August 25th, I've left 4, count them 4, voicemail about my order. They say all calls will be returned. My husband drove to the office. All locked up. Awful, no compassion or care
All of the CPAP comments are true. This organization is absolutely criminal. I just got 2 bills for the exact same pieces of CPAP gear. The first bill was for $387 and the second bill was for $107. I called and they said they had to wait for the bill to go through insurance. These CPAP masks are at most $100 or so online. The rep I spoke to even said they had originally charge $585 or so to the insurance company for the one they billed me $387 for. This is a grift. Even what they are charging insurance is a ripoff.
