First class service & quality for the value paid. I live downtown and you won't get half the quality of what Aurora Greenhouse provided. Plus I get the chance to help a local store, not a conglomerate. Certainly I would be a returning customer.
Completely unacceptable… I came in to buy flowers and was shocked by the state of the employee working there. The woman—whose name was Robin—was clearly intoxicated. She reeked of alcohol, was slurring her words, and could barely hold a conversation—let alone provide any real help with my order.
