Relaxed environment After moving in 4 months ago I would have to say I’m impressed. When I came to tour the property I was shocked with how many different floor plans they had to choose from! The front office staff did a wonderful job taking the time to answer all of my questions and working with me during the move In process. Tenants in general Mrs Elena new manager...me and other tenants have complained about certain tenants that making me and other uncomfortable... Tenants that have 4 violation of the lease...nothing has not been done about it....I pay my rent every month on time...But if we get violation toward the lease after we have been warned I would have been avicted and out of here...everyone has to follow rules or be removed.... Don't waste your cash here Worst apartment I have ever lived in, everywhere smells because they allow dogs poop all over the place and the apartment is roaches infested. Poor maintenance they never answer you and Chester the office manager is mannerless. Waste of fund . Worst apartment ever.
Worse apartment so far I've never seen an apartment where the so called Shasta at the office is so rude and never come to attend or send maintenance to come check faults. They don't offer service paid for and she's just so rude and the apartment is so dirty. Please consider other apartment so you don't regret moving in.
