It took 45 Minutes for me to take Care of me. And it was expensive, It was like $50 just to put a cast on my Broken Foot. One star for sure Sorry, I don’t have a picture
We spent 10 hours on the phone trying to fix a problem of being double billed for the same thing. Aurora refuses to take it off of our credit report. Now we are stuck paying a lawyer to try to fix this problem. How can a company be allowed to make a mistake in billing that affects peoples credit and have NO penalty? We won't even get a simple "sorry screw off" for a response. Where is the law protecting the people? AURORA DOES NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE!This place is terrible.
