Today my son has appointment. I checked my insurance , it still not expired. The lady receptionists check on system and told that it expired on august 31st. I asked her to help me to call insurance company to check with them but she told that “ she can not do that” Why some receptionists in another aurora health care can call insurance to check but she can not? She can’t or she doesn’t want?
