3 trips for 3 different patients and 3 times being incorrectly diagnosed. Go elsewhere, this place is terrible.
The reception was rude to my 8yr old daughter when we tried to check in 1 minute before they opened. We had no problem waiting until the clock ticked but was it necessary to be rude to a child? Lack of character.
Doctors were great but billing sucks… $400 for a facility fees on top of my regular doctors fees. I’d rather go back to Ascension where I just pay my copay for my urgent care visit.
Saw two different Dr’s in the same week. Both times no one in the waiting room so I know they weren’t swamped. First Dr looked at me for a total of 20 seconds, diagnosed me with swimmers ear. Next Dr, a few days later agreed, swimmers ear. Well it turns out I have shingles that turned into Bells Palsy. Lost the entire left side of my face. Probably could have been avoided if they would have took their time to examine. Will NEVER go back and never recommend. Place should be looked into.
Do not take them there assuming it is an Urgent Care. They bill like a hospital. Care is great, but the billing is predatory and misleading. They billed $795 for a 45 minute hospital visit on top of a billed $285 for a clinic visit and labs. I brought my child there through a door marked "urgent care" and he was brought straight back for a strep throat swab.
