I received the best quality care possible at my visit to Aurora this wknd where I required emergency surgery.. The nurses were the best EVER. I couldn't be happier with my experience.. Thanks especially to Nurse Adrienne.. Couldn't have done it without you.. Thank you so so much.. ❤
If you go to the emergency for care and you want urgent care you need to ask for urgent care or you will be billed for emergency care . It's all about the money I paid 466.01 for about 1/2 hour to hospital for room after insurance and 327.06 to Dr. Steven J Stroman after insurance for about 5 min. Of consultation I went to Aurora for dog bites because I heard that it doesn't always get reported which turned out to be true . what I didn't realize is I was going to get bitten by the hospital and doctor .
I had a total knee replacement in February of 2015. I had to stay a few extra days. I have to compliment the staff. They took excellent care of me.
I have always been treated with respect and professionalism. Love this hospital.
My fiance and I couldn't be anymore thankful for the amazing life saving care Dr. Hayes provided me (and our daughter once she was born) They have one of the best NICU staff and Women's Health Staff you can imagine. I never had to worry about her level of care if her father or I couldn't be there with her. The NICU nurses build a relationship with not just your child, but you also! I just want to say that I couldn't have asked for a better team of staff and doctors to help figure out what was wrong with me and why I had so many migraines and fevers. Even though I had to get poked and tests done they made it as comfortable as possible for me! Thank you and God Bless!
From my time of back surgery to recovery, I would say every level of service was excellent, feel better than I have in years.
