I received excellent care. I was there at a very busy time when every ER room was occupied. Every member of my care team was attentive to my needs and cares. When I was discharged from the ER I felt secure in the knowledge that I had received optimal care. Thank you Auroras.

Nice rooms but thats all a bunch of incompetant drs and bitchy nurses terrible expierences for both my deliveries and surgery at bellin now couldnt be happier

I recently fell and got a Subdural Hematoma. I was taken to Aurora Baycare by ambulance from Dickinson Healthcare in Iron Mountain. I cannot tell you how wonderful the doctors and nurses were. They were caring, loving, gentle, kind, understanding. My wife was allowed to stay with me the whole time I was there. Thank you to the nurses in ICU-3D, I was in room 329. Even when I was transferred to the 2nd floor the nurses there were also so very caring. Always making sure I was comfortable. Thank you all so very much. Bruce Bray

We bring our kid in because she's in so much pain on Thursday and then on Sunday tonight, we bring her in again. They can't find anything wrong with her. Thursday they were pretty good there I brought her in and then Sunday they were not - very disappointing almost walked out before we were even seen.

Had to take my daughter here yesterday and their staff is so friendly and helpful. They really put us at ease.

Had surgery on Sept 8th with Dr. McKenna. BEST Surgeon and care I ever rec'd. Everything went smoothly from the surgery admission---->pre-op------->surgery-------->recovery room------->hospital room. I was only an overnight. The care I rec'd from the nurses and staff was top notch. Everyone was friendly and helpful. If I ever need surgery again, this is where I will go. Dr. McKenna is A++++++++++++++++++++ in my book!

Although I was in ICU due to a car accident the time spent in ICU was excellent. I moved to the regular ward in a day and a half. All the the staff was wonderful. I was released 4days later. The rooms almost looked like hotel rooms. Beautiful dark wood trim. I couldn't have been at a better facility.
