Recommendedthe medical staff is wonderful. from the staff i saw in the clinics to the ones that did my surgery and the staff that cared for me after my surgery. everyone was fantastic. dr pierce is awesome :)

My 36 year-old sister Brenda is developmentally disabled. She was diagnosed with breast cancer in January and had to have a double mastectomy. As a result of her disabilities, she was extremely anxious and confused. The staff was absolutely amazing and let her keep her stuffed llama with her during surgery (my mom passed away in a hospital only 8 months prior so Brenda was extremely fearful). Good thing it was an emergency visit from my work, as one of my night meds they didn't have. Closest one was in Milwaukee, good thing I carry extra in my lunchbox.

There is never a long wait when you show up on time. Everyone is very friendly.
They are a very caring staff, and doctors. In the OR they made it very comfortable. This was my very first surgery and overnight stay here and I would prefer this hospital over the others in are area.
I get a CONSTANT run around whenever trying to reach my doctor. I called 9 times today and twice yesterday.... still no call from my doctor. they do not make me feel the least bit important. its not a great feeling thinking your doctor/nurse/hospital couldnt care less about you as a patient
