Had scheduled my annual appt last month (October) with Dr. Dang Vu for 11/20/2017 @ 4:20pm. I Received a call from her office the day of telling me she’s not available, that she needs to be running out the door at 4:00pm and that I needed to reschedule. Was waiting for a prescription to be filled because they said they would approve it and two weeks went by and nothing... So I called back and they sent it to the wrong pharmacy and then refused to resend it to the right pharmacy, all the while the nurse, under Dr. Swiderski, on the phone telling me this- was the absolute rudest human being I've ever spoke with in my life.
