We lived at Aurora for a year and it felt so safe and was kept super clean. We never had any issues with neighbors and everyone in the building was always friendly. When we moved in some furniture arrived before us and they kindly put it in the apartment for us, and when our washing machine broke they let us use one in an empty apartment till it was fixed. I lived here for over 2 years and they have gone through a few property managers in the time i have been here. it is extremely impossible to get a hold of the manager here for anything. they do not respond to calls or texts.
great apartment, very accommodating manager. good for family, friendly neighbors..
The property management company advertises as dog friendly/pets allowed but won’t actually post that they have a huge list of banned dog breeds ranging from huskies to pit bulls to Dalmatians and even poodles. Don’t waste people’s time. Put it clearly in the property descriptions and ads.
