The building is amazing, but the staff responsible for the building is a night mare. They delivered my unit 15 days after the start of the leasing and refused to pay me the difference, I went to my unit and they did not let me get in my unit in the day, completely ignoring the leasing agreement and now they simple ignore my emails and don't reply me back. Please, avoid this building or any other building managed by Douglas Elliman.
