Their facility is great, workers have been responsible as well
Absolutely TERRIBLE company. Lost an entire skid of my products and tried to say that they couldn’t check the camera because they were loaded into a “dead zone”. Nobody cares here, they’re extremely rude and do not answer the phone. Thousands of dollars in product just completely “poofed” into thin air. Makes no sense.
Did a TruckLoad for them in December 2024 and since I delivered the final POD no one responded to emails or phone calls. Still waiting to be paid after 4 months with no response. Update: Still waiting, going on 5 months now. No reponse at all.
