RecommendedI have had my panels for 4 years now, and my experience with Auric has always been positive. the installation went off without a hitch, and any issues we have had since have been quickly resolved.
Once I finally got my system installed after delays a couple months later it started having issues popping the breaker and shutting off. I sent an email 3 weeks ago and got no response I called the customer service a week ago and was told someone would call me and that never happened either. Now i cant even use my system because it wont stay on longer then a few hours and seems they put current customers on the back burner to get new ones priority. Would be nice if they would atleast email people back or call with a timeline... read more
They offer you a tax incentive program if you don't qualify to get it all at once just to get you to sign up. Even let you know how much your check will be. Then in April when you go to show them that you didn't file they'll tell you the employee no longer works there and they won't honor it. If your thinking about going with this company message me first because I'll send you copies of emails to show you who you'd be dealing with
They will make false promises just to get you to sign. Then they'll tell you they will not honor anything a past employee said, and emails don't matter. Then in the same breath they'll tell you that they pride themselves in great costumer service. With all the solar companies out there go with a better one. V
The sales man offered us the tax credit, then when he no longer worked there so they weren't going to honor it. After months of fighting the customer service manager agreed they'd pay it in April. Now she no longer works there so even with text and email proof they are telling us they won't pay it.
The company was great until one of their promises were not fulfilled. Now they are just backing out and not caring about their customer. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions.
I’ve had my solar panels for one year now and I couldn’t be happier with Auric and their customer service. I needed a new roof and was able to finance that in with my solar panels. The monitoring is great. I had a problem with my router so it wasn’t letting the solar panels update to my app & Auric sent me an email that said something might be wrong. I relocated my router & haven’t had any issues since. I highly recommend Auric to anyone looking to upgrade their home.
We installed Auric Solar panels on our home one year ago. We've been so pleased with the service and quality starting with the excellent sales rep we dealt with, Julie Joring, continuing through the installation and follow up. Highly recommend Auric Solar!
