They seem to have closed their business without telling anyone. They haven't responded to any voicemails, emails or FB messages I sent weeks ago and now their phone # is disconnected and the email contact links are broken. ☹️
This company activated our loan for the solar panels just before shutting their business down. We now have a loan company wanting us to make payments for work that was never even started. I’m having to deal with the loan company now to prove that they never did the work.
Auric went out of business Went out of business and didn't even tell their customers what was happening. This is terrible!
Don't install the panels on the shadiest parts of the house! And honor their performance guarantee.
DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR SOLAR INSTALL. I have endured an absolutely terrible 6 month experience. The project is 3 months behind schedule. Multiple lies and missed deadlines. I currently have very nice solar panels on my garage that were never connected to the grid and a dangerous, muddy trench in my yard that has been open for over a month. Complete incompetence and lack of response to approximately 10 messages, emails and phone calls.
We signed a contract with Auric in JULY 2019. It is now March 2020. We have been trying to reach the Project Manager assigned to our project since Feb. 11, 2020 to let him know that our roof would be finished on March 6. We have had ZERO responses to emails, phone calls, text messages to him. Today we found out that he is no longer with the company. When will this solar system get installed? You have $18,000 of our money that was required to be paid in advance.
going out of business. refuse to install contracted systems due to and I quote "we can not afford to buy equipment to do installs, and we can con get credits anymore " this means they have not been paying there Bill's to suppliers and once this happens it is only time. they have already gone to skeleton crews in their private/ residential department. my system was to be installed before end of 2019 and they said "we can not afford to get the equipment to install yours "
My name is Jay Schweitzer. I purchased solar power with your company in December of 2019. We have received little to no communication on our installation. We paid 15000 up front. This is a cash offer. We are severely upset with this whole process as it is now March. Additionally we found out you are no longer doing residential. So are you not fulfilling our agreement? Are you not going to provide the service to us? We would like a refund and be done with this mess. Please contact ASAP.
