We had Solar installed a few months ago. The Auric team starting with the sales rep to the installation crew were very pleasant and efficient. No wasted time on any aspect. I'd recommend looking at this. AURIC is very quick and does not spend hours to show you the benefit and cost. No strings attached and no waste of time. Great time to get all the Federal and State benefits moving to Solar.
If you are in need of the best solar company period, look no further. They do what they say, they answer the phone when you call, and when they make a mistake they always make it right. You will not find a better solar company, and everyone who didn't choose Auric as their solar provider will eventually regret it.
Just had solar panels installed on my home. I was told the installation process can take a long time due to waiting on permits but my permit was approved right away. The customer service has been great! They have been very pleasant and helpful. We love our solar panels!
We have had a couple of great experiences after our initial installation of our solar panels a couple years ago. They called us up to do a yearly inspection. They came out and found a couple things that could be performing better. He fixed one of them then sent a tech out to complete the other. This was all done at no charge to us. We love our panels and we love Auric!!!!!!
We have been thinking of going with solar for a while and by chance Auric came by one day. they were very helpful and no pressure at all which is really nice because with some solar companies that we dealt with were very pushy. the process was fast and easy and the installers that came in did a great job making it appealing. we did run into a vent problem but they took care of the whole thing and it cost us nothing! great company to go through if you are thinking of getting panels. plus the app that they have is very handy!
I gave Auric Solar a five star excellent rating because they deserve it. Starting with the salesman to the post installation inspection, everyone did five star work. From a customer standpoint, the only thing that we had to do was flip a switch to turn the system on when the power company came to the house and changed the meter glass panel. A great system well installed.
We just got everything up and going......definitely a LONG process. Almost 6 months to the day of signing. But I have to say that everyone we have talked to has been so helpful and responsive. That is one of the major reasons we went with Auric........we knew they would make it right and had the expertise to do so. Now let's see my power bill almost disappear! :)
