I worked with them many years ago, when they first got started. Most of the recruiters were men, at the time and it was a very corporate company with good pay. Unfortunately, you have to understand that companies are sending you to remote locations that may have staffing issues due to management and a poor work environment. Some of those remote locations also may be culturally monolithic, which is what I encountered.
