I was impressed with the helpful and friendly staff as well as the modern up to date dental equipment!
The background music was too loud and was mostly country music, not relaxing spa-type music. I felt I was at a rock show, not trying to relax in a dentist office. Also, insurance fees were increased from $200 to $250 without notice! That's 25%! Why? Costs have increased 25%? There was no attempt to tell us beforehand so we could budget properly. I am a senior citizen and have a budget to adhere to! Have some compassion.
I was very impressed with my visit. I’m looking forward to making AuraSmile my dentist of choice.
First time visiting AuraSmile in North Olmsted and could not be happier. The staff was very kind and welcoming the second you walk into the door. The initial paperwork only took a few minutes to complete before i was taken on a quick tour of the office and informed of all the work they can do on sight. The entire staff was positive and happy, and helpful. It is obvious the working environment is positive which translates nicely to your patient service.
I just signed up for Invisalign just recently and I am on my 7th retainer/21 right now and I can truly say that the office staff, technicians and Orthodontist here at Aura Smile Dental is great and I recommend them highly! Alan Friedel, North Olmsted, Ohio

I decided to try AuraSmile during a promo that they were offering at the time. Having visited multiple times now with a range of services had, I highly recommend AuraSmile for anyone looking for a new dentist. The staff and doctors and very courteous and professional. Their equipment also seems to be state of the art.
