Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience at your office yesterday, 8-9-18. I left this office in tears and I'm still pretty upset. All of the ladies that I interacted with were very nice, friendly; esp. LAURIE. I was told on the phone that I would be getting a cleaning and an exam, but instead I got tons of x-rays, no cleaning although I requested it. The Doctor was very professional. The Hygienist was very meticulous and seems to care that my cleaning was done correctly. It has been a long time since my last cleaning and she spent extra time getting it done well. I'm very happy. The front desk was also very professional, Excellent dental office.
My visit was a very positive experience! Everyone was very helpful and encouraging during my time there! I highly recommend Stonecreek!
