Poor Customer Service & Horrible Corporate Culture – .This place is really close to my house so I went there a couple of times for a facial. Then one time the receptionist talked me into purchasing a laser hair removal package. You have to prepay for the laser hair removal series. Ever since they got that money from me i have gone in every four weeks for a treatment and I have had the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Top Notch – I have been to Aura for a few treatments over the past year and am happy with everything. They filled a much needed void in the North beach area and I recommend them to all of my neighborhood friends. Their laser hair removal yields the best results of any of their competitors - I have a ton of friends that get laser and Aura's seem to be the strongest and gives the quickest longest lasting job. They have a great staff, wonderful service, beautiful convenient location and offer a wide variety of laser treatments as well as injectables and facials.
