No Thanks – I bought the Groupon that Aura offered for laser hair removal. I was so disappointed off that bat that I canceled my Groupon with them. First off, when I tried to schedule my appt, I called and the number went straight to a voice mail, even though it was within business hours. I left a message and never got a call back. 100% Satisfied – Cant even begin to explain my amazing experience with Aura Laser. It is simply awesome. The receptionist was super friendly and cute and the doctor did an awesome job on my face. Very Sloppy and Unprofessional – I've been quite disappointed with the treatment I've been receiving for laser hair removal. Treatments seem quite rushed with no attention to detail. It seems that nurses don't care to ensure that they do a thorough job and when confronted about it I'm always told "lasers have a dispursing effect." I personally don't buy it because I have had laser in the past which was much more thorough and professional.
