Food is fine at this location, however, the employee taking my order was rather rude and did not even try hiding the fact that he didn't want to be there

Would have had Auntie Anne’s today, but then I remembered getting into a verbal altercation with an employee a few years back for not leaving a tip. Same thing I’ve thought of the many dozens of other times I would have eaten at this chain. Haven’t eaten at any since then. Shame too, as they do have good pretzels, but I’m not paying your employees wages to hand me a pretzel. Hopefully this ridiculous tipping culture will stop someday here in the US.
