My family and I visited Auntie Anne’s today (February 9, 2026) around 1:40 PM, and unfortunately, we had a negative customer service experience. When we approached the register to place our order, the employee assisting us was dismissive and came across as rude. She declined to provide her name when asked. For identification purposes, she appeared to be a short African American woman in her early to mid-20s working the register at that time. Went to place an order on door dash to surprise my son - but the store cancelled the order and will refund me in 5-7 days, so I drove over to the mall to order in person. Arrived at 4:40pm on a Monday and was told they couldn't cook anything more until 5:30pm?! Nothing for sale. Went to the other location in the outlet mall and was told the same thing - they were unable to cook anything for an hour and were closed. Why would you run a business this way where no one can order food at 5:00 in a shopping mall? Terrible service ... read more

Employees all standing around on their phones. I stood at the counter for a good minute before the young kid finished his text message and looked up.
