Went to place an order on door dash to surprise my son - but the store cancelled the order and will refund me in 5-7 days, so I drove over to the mall to order in person. Arrived at 4:40pm on a Monday and was told they couldn't cook anything more until 5:30pm?! Nothing for sale. Went to the other location in the outlet mall and was told the same thing - they were unable to cook anything for an hour and were closed. Why would you run a business this way where no one can order food at 5:00 in a shopping mall? Terrible service ... read more
The manager is very aggressive and argumentative.
Employees all standing around on their phones. I stood at the counter for a good minute before the young kid finished his text message and looked up.
Staff member was EXTREMELY rude. Customer service needs some retraining,
