I work in the mall and I’m pretty sure the pretzels in the grand court are old. They’re always burnt/ hard. However the drinks are always good
Pretzel was cold and tough. Disappointed to say the least being I wasted carbs on it and haven't had it in at least two years. It's like the recipe changed. I'll be good without it.
