If I could give this place a zero I would i love auntie Ann's over all pretzels yes ik in philly thats not cool....but this place consistently messes up orders ive gone multiple times hoping theyd be diffefent this last time i had the audacity asked to fix them and give me what i ordered very kindly mind you. .....lets just say dont do that and eat it after or you might find a 🤮surprise what they gave me back was definitely a health code violation.....its not clean they have attitude bad enough to never have me come back...... read more

Terrible stand and the people working there make it worse. Asked for an original pretzel and mumbled they don't add salt. Asked for a cinnamon, the guy banged the table and mumbled LOWER saying, no salt. The good news is this franchise lost my respect and I'll save money because i won't be overpaying for "pretzels" made with no love anymore
I asked for two sweet almond pretzels they said 10 minutes I wasn’t going to get them at first but paid and walked to grab something else and then came back didn’t look in the bag until I got home I really should have just not gotten them because clearly they didn’t wanna make them the picture speaks for itself 😒 burnt as hell
