Worst location ever. They don't do any offering from app. No wonder why they only had 3 pretzels in the showcase. DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION
The pretzels were probably sitting out all day so by the time I ordered one it was so hard. The cashier provided me a different one (the last one in the case) which was also hard. I told her this and she said it’s just the way it is. I threw it right in the trash. They didn’t even offer a refund. The one in the fashion district is much better
Honestly I only come here for my bf when I'm in town but Auntie Anne's is so different then it used to be. The pretzels have a different oil taste than in the past that burns easier than in the past. Pretzels are soggy and just lack the flavor they used to. This location had very friendly and nice staff who were very helpful though.
Had a birthday offer, went over to receive & they didn’t accept it & the add only give 9 mins to redeem. So stupid!
