The pretzels are a hit or miss, depending on who making them. Sometimes the pretzels taste old or they burn the pretzels. Today I waited for the almond pretzel to be baked, just to go home , bite into pretzel and realize that it wasn’t fully cooked. Still doughy. Had to put it in the oven
