The pretzels are so gross and overly buttery every visit: I tried 3 separate times the pretzel dogs, almond crusted, and original each time so nasty and greasy. Need to get back to basics and follow normal recipe. But nice staff, customer service, just need to improve the food quality ASAP.
The company has lost me as a customer because I went this week and paid $6.30 to satisfy a craving for ONE salted original pretzel and ONE container of honey mustard. Cost vs worth are no longer adding up.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! The pretzels were fresh and delicious! Thank you!
