The food is always great on occasion there are a few hard pretzels but overall pretty good. I visit this location often but my issue with this specific auntie Anne’s now is the MANAGEMENT. It is horrible whatever has changed within the last couple months is not good for the company and I can see the downfall. Dough is raw
Did an order from the app with my Golden Pass. First pretzel was so hard I couldn’t chew it. Second pretzel was almost just as hard. It was burnt on the bottom and tasted as such. They were clearly overcooked and I’m sure it’s because the staff there now, 3pm 5/15, was busy playing. No one had on a name tag so I can’t use names but the white guy was the only one doing his job fully. Will say, adore the staff! Everyone is really working hard and I love how much effort they put into this food!! I love coming here for a quick grab of something tasty, absolutely love it here!
