BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION workers act like they can’t understand basic English and how to honor a customers promo/discount/rewards but have no issue swiping cards/accepting and counting cash. Auntie Anne’s wants you to sign up for the rewards app app put in all your info, bombard you with emails only for this location to refuse to accept the rewards/promo anyway. My pepperoni pretzel were undercook and they u charge three dollars for water in a cup that crazy
I ordered through uber eats. The cinnamon pretzel nuggets were excellent but the cinnamon classic pretzel was overcooked a little but still edible.
I CAME TO THIS AUNTIE ANNES THIS MORNING AND I WANTED THE HOT DOG MINI PRETZELS. THE LADY TOLD ME A DIFFERENT PRICE THAN WHATS ON THE MONITOR. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER & HE CAME THERE WITH AN ATTITUDE & TURNED THE REGISTER MONITOR AROUND SO HARD & FAST THAT IT HIT ME. I WORK WAY TOO HARD TO SPEND MY MONEY AT A PLACE WHERE IM NOT RESPECTED. IM NEVER COMING BACK!
