AUM & Eli came to my rescue when I recently had very serious hacking problems. They solved the problem & Eli was really concerned about what had happened. Many of my neighbors use AUM and rave about them. If I had gone to them first, as a neighbor had suggested, I would have saved myself a lot of grief & money.

While trying to track a package two days ago, I accidentally installed something that was malware on my computer. I called Aum who I have used before and Eli called me this morning and remotely took over my computer. He worked on it for almost 3 hours, cleaned up everything, restored it to what it was before I installed Windows 10 and charged me what I considered a very reasonable amount for the service. Thank you Aum for the incredible, courteous and prompt service you gave me.

These guys are the BEST! So honest and reliable. Eli talked me out of spending $250 for a new hard drive and just cleaned up my computer for $50.

Can't thank you all enough. My 8+years computer passed away quite suddenly and although we did go to Apple first they diagnosed that I just needed a battery, Installed a new battery and nothing. Did not need the same top of the line lap top at this stage in my life but I did need everything that was on it. AUM talked to me seriously about my needs and wants and we decided on a new MacBook Pro that would serve my purpose. Can't say enough about these guys....Here I am in Port St. Lucie and needed help with my printer and before I knew it,they were repairing my printer remotely... THE BEST!!!

My computer had a bad virus, and I could not do anything on it. I had Aum come to my home and in one hour my computer was up and running like new. I would tell anyone that Aum was very professional and I would recommend them to all my friends. Le Delman

At the time I gave my PC to AUM, it was not a pretty sight. My screen had cracked, no Wi Fi , no hard drive to clone from, and this PC was sold to me as new, but AUM, had discovered it wasn't new, but a re- built, but sold to me as new! Also, there were 2 screws, that the other people tried to remove, with a kitchen knife, and because of AUM 's experience they were able to get these 2 screws out. Then they were able to move ahead, and fix everything else. Great Job!

The guys at AUM listened carefully as I explained my computer problems - and the same man who listened to me was the man who made the fix. (At some places you speak to a counter guy, then the work is done by a different person in the back.) I also called with a different problem a few days later, and my problem was corrected over the phone. It is such a relief to have knowledgeable, courteous people nearby to help with my computer issues.
