My technician arrived on time with all of the necessary tools and knowledge to transfer data from an old computer to a new one and to clean out two older computers for recycling. He worked efficiently, explained the steps he was taking and asked frequently what else I wanted in terms of setup and interface. I was very pleased with the service and the follow-up call to make sure all was well.

I found out about AUM when they advertised in our local Condo Digest. Their staff is top notch. It has never taken any more than an hour to figure out any problems and working with them is a pleasure. They are not overpriced and they treat their customers with the utmost respect (even when the relative doesn't know anything about using email, pics, etc. that "their kids or grand-kids" I highly recommend them to anyone with a problem computer.
