Dr Jain ordered imaging. I have yet heard from him with my results. Instead he referred and insisted I go to Cristy Andrews for pain management. Then said she would explain my results. She did not. Cristy A. Andrews asked me 2 questions. I asked if they offered Spine Decompression services. She got ANGRY and said, "We only offer injections!" ttwice. They made me say my date of birth in front of a half full waiting room. Then the lady, Kelly, said out loud my home address and my place of employment loud enough that everyone could hear. This is not acceptable. When does HIPPA apply?
If I could give a -0 rating, I would. Will update this post shortly. I felt strongly that I should leave this review right away to prayerfully save someone else from being injured further by going here. Cristy Andrews is not knowledgeable, caring or respectful. Actually, she is rude and belittling.
