I had my baby boy two months ago in their birthing suite. The drs were great and the nurses were absolutely amazing! I had slightly difficult labor and between the fantastic midwives from Augusta healthcare for women and the nurses at the hospital, I felt very at ease. The facilities were great and the staff was friendly. Even the food wasn't bad as far as hospital food goes.
All of the staff in the birthing suite and in the cafeteria have provided impeccable care in a courteous and friendly manner. AND the food is excellent! Top notch facility from my family's standpoint!
If I could leave no star I would!!! Staff violates HIPAA and goes through your records and when reported the HR DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT!!!!!!!
