My husband and I came in last night to look at vehicles and Dustin Schildknecht was very helpful and honest about everything. We came in not knowing if we were going to purchase a vehicle but we left there with a brand new car. Dustin was so friendly and we left there with a huge smile on our face. If anybody wants to buy a car go see Dustin!!!!
We came to buy a new car (having had already discussed the price multiple times via phone), and they tried to tack on $2,000 in "mandatory" fees at the last minute and refused to remove them. Needless to say, we left quickly and bought elsewhere-for the original price they refused to honor despite it being posted on their website. Buyer beware-shop where your business is valued NOT at Auffenberg Nissan!
Our salesman, John P. was a tremendous wealth of information about our new 2015 Altima. Finance Manager, Jason C. was a pleasure to deal with and also was more than informative about our options. A++ customer service and highly recommend doing business with them.
