Great experience, worked with salesman Ronnie Glass, he was very helpful on deciding on a car, very informative when it came to all of the options the cars had on them, and when I decided on a car he worked hard getting me the price I wanted. Would defininately go back to Auffenberg and Ronnie to buy another car.

This is the 4th vehicle that I have bought from Nissan Auffenberg. Thanks to Mr. Mark Chapman and the great customer service team from Auffenberg Nissan. I would recommend them to you if you are in the market for a new car. Mr. Chapman is more than willing to work with customers to get them in the car that they want at a price that is more than affordable.

What to give a shout out to Travis in the Service Department for everything he has done for us with our Nissan Altima considering the issues we were having with the vehicle. Very impressed with his services! Now looking for another vehicle with Nissan as love the vehicle the only thing missing is our family member who took excellent care of us with our First Nissan Purchase. Once again Travis... I purchased a Mazda3 2016, this is my fourth car I purchased from Auffenberg in O'Fallon Il. My salesman Dustin Lowe found the car and color I wanted. The finance manager Jay Mehta got my payments close to what I wanted to pay. Thanks Auffenberg for the amazing job!!!
